We undertake CNC wirecutting of complex components with closed tolerances using various special metals like alloy steels, aluminium alloys, brass etc. through our associates. We can undertake wirecutting of components upto a maximum of 320 mm on the X axis and 400 mm each on the Y and Z axis.
With our manufacturing process controls and systematic QC regimen, we ensure a high level of quality and part-to-part consistency. Given our work for the defence sector, all parts manufactured go through multiple rounds of inspection for dimensional accuracy – both internal and by customers.
