We undertake CNC Milling of complex aerospace components with closed tolerances using a wide variety of materials like alloy steels, aluminium alloys, titanium alloys, bronze, brass etc. through our associates. Various profiles and forms are milled using standard and specially developed tools. We can undertake milling of components upto a maximum of 500 mm on each of the X, Y and Z axes.
With our manufacturing process controls and systematic QC regimen, we ensure a high level of quality and part-to-part consistency. Given our work for the defence sector, all parts manufactured go through multiple rounds of inspection for dimensional accuracy – both internal and by customers.
