We are experienced in machining of a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals alongwith non-metallic materials. We are also engaged in turning of aluminium and titanium bars for manufacturing of ultrasonic welding tools. We have the versatility to turn pieces measuring from 1.6 mm to 150 mm in diameter while obtaining close tolerances on diameter as well as on concentricity.
With our manufacturing process controls and systematic QC regimen, we ensure a high level of quality and part-to-part consistency. Given our work for the defence sector, all parts manufactured go through multiple rounds of inspection for dimensional accuracy – both internal and by customers.
